Humanizing IT with FortressITX Director of Managed Services, Louis Ardolino

On June 14, 2012 Louis Ardolino took the time to sit down during the closing moments of @CloudExpo to talk about the infrastructure of FortressITX and why it’s so important to the future of the Cloud Computing industry. For those of you who don’t know, Mr. Ardolino is the Director of Managed Services for FortressITX. What makes Louis great is his constant dedication to customer service matched with his unique understanding of the IT world. From virtualization, to full IT closet offload, private cloud solutions, to the FortressITX Hosted PBX and Exchange services, Louis has a great way of breaking down complex issues so anyone can understand them. Essentially, he is our go to guy for humanizing all things IT and for us here over at Solar VPS humanizing our services is something we take a great amount of pride in. We know a lot of our consumers, be they CEO’s or small business owners, are dedicated to their business, not their IT services. We know most people think of their IT needs as a second hand proposition, only really coming to the forefront when a problem arises. Here at Solar VPS we know most business owners want to get to the work of doing business rather than understanding the complexities of Linux DDS Hosting or the technical in’s and out’s of Redundant Head Nodes for Cloud Hosting. For this reason, we have Louis. He is our go to guy for letting customer’s know what they are getting and more importantly, how FortressITX IT integration services are going to benefit their business. If you want to learn more about Louis or any of our stellar team members, Commander Worf commands you to visit our team IT page. Now that you have read all about Louis, below is his sit down interview @CloudExpo The interview was filmed on the last day of the event, June 13, 2012. The floor was quiet and companies were starting to pack up. All in all, Louis interview was a nice way to wrap up the expo. So please, sit back, fire up the youtube and enjoy or view the video below. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fgG5CpY1uZI&feature=youtu.be
