**This is the first notification about the upcoming planned maintenance, we will be sending more reminders in the upcoming days.

We will be performing Core Operating System and Virtuozzo updates for all Windows Virtuozzo customers at all US and UK facilities.

US Windows hardware nodes are scheduled for: Saturday, March 24th, 2012 from 1AM to 7AM US Eastern time.

UK Windows hardware nodes are scheduled for: Saturday, March 24th, 2012 from 1AM to 7AM GMT.

Although the maintenance should complete for all nodes in the first day, we are also reserving Sunday, March 25th, 2012 from 1AM to 7AM US Eastern time, in case we need to perform any other final tasks or update the remaining nodes.

While we don’t foresee downtime’s of more than 60 minutes per node, we’re scheduling a six hour period in the event that we do run into any problems.

If you get an email from us regarding this, then at least one of your systems are affected.  If you have multiple accounts, we will try to indicate which systems this affects for you. (Please note that XenServer – DDS customers will *not* be affected by this maintenance.)

If your VPS has been down longer than 90 minutes since you notice it first going offline, please open a Support ticket with us by contacting: support@solarcloud.net.
