PEER1 built the network through a series of dedicated links between all PEER1 data centers using multiple high-speed connections. They coupled this with peering relationships with over 500 networks and multiple Tier 1 upstream providers.

This keeps bandwidth costs low, increases capacity, and maximizes control.
