Value Added Services

We will soon begin offering FREE shared off-site accounts hosted in Plesk when our new HSP Complete billing system goes online. This is really exciting because they can be easily setup from HSP. We will offer subdomains to our clients based on one of our domains that allow clients to create an off-site email address in the event of a service outage. We will also allow clients to use their own domains if they wish.
Along with this, we will begin slowly porting existing clients into our new billing system. This billing system is really great for several reasons. One, it gives you a central login for billing, support and management of all of your Virtuozzo VPS servers from one login and one interface. It also allows you to upgrade your services, often times with little to no interaction from Solar VPS staff members. For new VPS orders, after billing approval, Plesk and non-control panel VPS setups are nearly instantaneous. This will help us out a lot and also make clients happier who want fast setups.
This being said, I would love to hear what ideas many of you have for adding "value added" services to our current line of products and services. Also, are there any services you would like to see added?
Please me as descriptive and constructive as possible. Any posts I personally consider to be abusive will be removed.

The HSP accounts sound interesting. Do they encompass anything else?
No more spontaneous bills from ModernBill? I guess I have previous hosts I can look forward to seeing those from. :D. What kind of things will we get to upgrade? Does it allow piece-wise upgrades, like requesting more disk space or bandwidth? How does the work with active account promotions?
As far as my needs are concerned, you allready have a solid base of services, so I don't have anything useful to suggest there.

Well, why dont you take a look at the online demo. Pay specific attention to the reseller interface ( if you are interested in reselling ) or the Customer Control Panel ( http://www.myhspc.com/demo.cgi?panel=cp_vps ) for end-users. This is truly a powerful tool that will make things much easier both from our end as well as the customers' end.
You cannot upgrade individual components of the system from your control panel, however, you can upgrade/downgrade between various packages. We may be doing away with disk only, ram only and bw only upgrades simply because they become a nightmare for both billing and support. Since RAM makes up such a large percentage of the cost of upgrading, it makes sense in most situations to simply upgrade/downgrade between advertised packages.
You should definitely check out the demo so you can see some of the options that will be available to you. Not all features will be in that demo though as it wont be connected to live data/servers.
