Hello to all wise current and future SolarVPS clients :)
My name is Milan, and I'm from Inside Internet LTD, Croatia.

Nothing but the words of praise!

I will not even review the FACT that your VPS-es are perfectly operational, always accessible and extremely fast because that was what I have expected when purchasing services from SolarVPS.

What I definitely want to mention is unseen support that comes in the package! We are people, we make mistakes (first one is not choosing solarvps in the first place) and a fiew times I had no choice but to contact support, first thing to admire is you are FAST, second is that you efficiently resolved all presented issues without any irrelevant questions (used by some firms only to delay the answer) and third is that you are patient, kind and polite!

Thank you for offering us your fantastic service, I feel free to say that SolarVPS is what makes us one of the best IPP's in Croatia.

I totally agree with my colleague Milan , and I wish to add one more line to his post. I want to thanks Ross and Bob for outstanding support provided so far. SolarVPS support is outstanding , and in most cases they go to so called : "Beyond call of duty" , when doing they're job !

I just created an account today, and they had it setup pretty quickly. Everything is running perfectly so far!

They have been a great help with me. They are very fast to reply to help posts and are very quick to take action on helping out. Even when you messup a bit they are there to help you out. Thanks alot support team for what you have done, I realy appreciate what you have done so far. I recommend solarVPS to anyone!!!!

i m not that much happy with solarvps. it looks like to me that they are overselling memory and bandwidths. but first time when my resources was low, server performance was good. although i want to carry on my vps for some more times, as i can effort to change vps now.
