New Live Chat Software

Hey forum users,
We've recently moved over to a new live chat software program that was enticing to us. We've put LivePerson on hold to try it out and see what we think, however, we'd love to get any feedback we can from customers who have messaged us on live chat in the past week or two as well. If you've had the chance to speak with us using the new WhosOn chat program, let us know what you thought about your experience.

I saw the new chat icon for a while but now I see it's switched back to LivePerson.  Done with your trial?

Yep.  It kept booting us out without letting us know that we were booted out.  At least LivePerson has the decency of letting us know when we're booted out.  :D

Roscoe Pico:
Yeah the software has a lot of potential and the price was great but it is just too unstable and too limited at this time to suit our needs. We're sticking with LivePerson for now!
