(Former) Zone.net customers, NEW BILLING URL!

Greetings!

This is for all of the (former) Zone.net customers that use https://control.zone.net/ as your billing address.

Beginning TODAY, September 1st, 2009, we have set up a NEW URL for you to use for billing until we are able to get everyone migrated into the new billing system we will be using going forward for all services.

The new billing area can be accessed here:  https://whmcs.solarvps.com/

We are currently working to set up a URL redirection to the new URL in order to ensure that everyone is using the proper URL to handle their billing. You will be able to continue using your existing logins for the new address.  This is ONLY an address change.

No other aspects of services are going to change at this time.

To recap:

- Use the URL above to handle bill payment
- Any Tech support requests should continue to be emailed via support@solarvps.com.
- Any Upgrades, Downgrades, New VPS order requests should be emailed via sales@solarvps.com.
- Any billing questions (including cancellation requests) should be sent to billing@solarvps.com.

You can also open a web based ticket to any of the above departments via https://support.solarvps.com

Again, the URL change only affects where you make your hosting payment.  All other aspects remain the same.
