Time offsets

Just wondering if there could be some consistency in the times in the various scripts in use here. Forum is out of EST where Solar in located by one hour (5PM == 4PM on SMF, with no option to change it) and the support desk appears to be 5 hours out (noon == 5 PM on Kayako).
That would be nice.

I'll have to dig ito Kayako's offsets in a sec, but wanted to link to the forum offset:

If you don't have access to that, build your post count to five (non spammy, of course... no comments from you, Bear, hahaha!) and you'll have access to that.
