Sales, Billing and Order Provisioning Holiday hours

Greetings, everyone!

This week begins a major Holiday week for the US.  As such, we will be altering the Hours of Operation for Sales, Billing and Provisioning over the next several days.

Please note that Support will continue to be available 24x7x365.  While we are reducing the amount of staff working during this timeframe, we will continue to ensure that our customers continue to receive technical support at all times.  Please be aware that Telephone and Live Chat based support may be very limited, depending on the number of tickets we receive.  Email/Web based ticket support will always be prioritized over Live Chat and Telephone based support.

NORMAL Hours of Operaiton (ALL TIMES ARE US EST, GMT -5):
Support:  24 x 7 x 365
Billing:  Monday through Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM
Sales and Order Provisioning:  Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 8 PM

HOLIDAY Hours of Operaiton (ALL TIMES ARE US EST, GMT -5):
Support:  24 x 7 x 365 (reduced staffing)
Billing:  See Below:
