RESOLVED: Facility issue - All UK Customers

Greetings!

As you're probably aware by now, we lost connectivity to several UK servers and the network.  The issue was identified as the secondary power bar on our rack, which powers some servers and our networking equipment.

The fuse in the secondary bar was replaced, and was operational for a short time.  It then went offline again.  A new secondary bar, connected to a different power circuit was brought in to replace the failing power bar.

At this time, all customers, except for those on UNXVPS-UK09 should be online and operational.

We are working with on-site staff to restore connectivity/services to UNXVPS-UK09 and will update this thread with more information as it becomes available.

At this time, UNXVPS-UK09 is running an FSCK.  As soon as that has completed, the server should come back online.
