Actually, that's not entirely true.
Our IPs in Dallas, Los Angeles, Miami and in some cases, London, UK show our ownership information under our ARIN ASN.
Please understand that trying to utilize a Geo-Location method for determining where your IP is at is a flawed method. That only shows ownership information, not actual routing information.
Perform a traceroute ("tracert" on Windows systems) and see where your IPs route to. I guarantee that one of the last four hops will be in the city that your VPS is located in.

When IP allocations or SWIPs occur, they have to go by the actual mailing address where the ASN is listed. Since we're a NJ/Delaware corporation, our ASN is routed to our corporate address.
