We are announcing upcoming maintenance for WinVPSNJC43 custoemrs (this is our Windows 2008 system in Clifton, NJ).
This maintenance scheduled for Sunday September 12th, 2 AM.US Eastern time (GMT -5).While we're planning this out for one hour, the actual downtime should be considerably less. We're installing McAfee Enterprise on the Hostnode itself to afford our customers a better layer of security protection. We will need to reboot the Hostnode at least once for these security protocols to take place.
This maintenance cycle will require very little intervention from you, except to ensure that all of your services are completely operational at the end of the maintenance cycle. If your server does not return to functionality and there is no indication from us of any delays, please contact
support@solarvps.com so that we may restore your services.
We will update our forum thread (linked below) when everything has been completed, or if there are any unexpected delays:
