There are TWO migration cycles for this:
First one: September 16th, 1 AM to 7 AM US Eastern time.
Second one: September 17th, 1 AM to 7 AM US Eastern time.We are scheduling two separate cycles due to the number of customers impacted.
We've had continual issues with WinVPSMI2 and have replacement hardware on site to migrate these customers to. The new server has been extensively tested to ensure rock solid performance and stability.
This maintenance cycle will require very little intervention from you, except to ensure that all of your services are completely operational at the end of the maintenance cycle. If your server does not return to functionality and there is no indication from us of any delays, please contact
support@solarvps.com so that we may restore your services.
