Offsite backups for Windows SolarVPS

I want to set up nightly backups to a remote server. Is there a way to automate this?

I'm on a windows VPS and I don't have a control panel.

Hello Thomas,
You can create the backup file locally using Windows Backup utility and then upload the file using FTP for example on a remote server.
All of this can be easily done with a batch script in Task Scheduler set to run at the needed times.
