How to properly apply coupon codes to orders

If you're ordering a virtual server and want to take advantage of any specials that require a coupon code to be used, the directions below will help you apply it correctly:

On the "Your Shopping Cart" page, you'll see a radio button in the section that says "Activate promotion by coupon code".  Enable this field by clicking on the radio button to the left.

In the box, type the coupon code exactly as shown.  All of our coupon codes are all capital letters and contain no spaces.  The coupon codes however are case sensitive so 'vpscoupon1' is not the same as 'VPSCOUPON1' and only the capitalized version would work.

Go down to the bottom of the page and hit "update shopping cart". Your page *should* refresh, and you should notice the price drop.

If the price does not drop, please do not complete the order.  Contact us at sales@solarvps.com for guidance, please, as there may be an issue in the promotion's configuration that needs corrected.
