While Solar VPS provides sales and technical support directly to partners, end-customer support must be handled by the partner.

Are there any up-front costs?

Standard partners have ZERO up-front fees. Our turn-key solution allows you to start selling Solar VPS products to your end users. By leveraging your company's existing billing solutions and the Solar VPS automation systems, you can be up and running in less than 1 day! .Volume partners may take advantage of the Solar VPS billing and automation systems. In order to maintain a full white label experience, a non-refundable setup fee of $500.00 fee is charged to begin. Volume partners also receive higher discounts in return for volume commitments.

How much do reseller partners save?

Standard partners receive aggressive discounts of up to 25%. Volume partners receive massive discounts of up to 50%. We view our partners as a viral part of our business and so no matter which style of partnership you have with Solar VPS, we work to provide you with the highest quality of service and support in addition to easy financial terms.

Do you bill me clients or do I bill them?

In either partnership, the partner is responsible for billing the end-customer. While Standard Resellers must use their own billing infrastructure, Volume Resellers may utilize the full capability of our billing and automation systems.

Can I start as a Standard Reseller and upgrade to a Volume Reseller?

YES! Many resellers start slow and ramp up. As a reseller's sales volume goes up, they sometimes wish to utilize the full white label capabilities of our billing and automation systems. A Standard Reseller may pay the Volume Reseller Setup Fee at any time and make the move to full white label capabilities. While a converted partner may begin selling as a Volume Reseller for new subscriptions, under most circumstances, subscriptions created under the Standard Reseller will remain as such.
